Bråtberget nature reserve is located in a beautiful fault landscape in the fair Kinda area right next to lake Björkern.
The level differences within the area are large, over 100 m from the peak to the water surface of the lake. Here you can see many valuable coniferous natural forests and deciduous forests and meet many old, often late-grown oaks.
Here are a series of red-listed lichens that most are attached to oak.
