Many types of schools
In Kinda we offer children and youth care and education in the form of preschool, family daycare, “open"pre/after-school programs, preschool classes, primary and High school, primary and secondary special education.

The childrens' needs at the center
We always want the childrens' needs to be the main focus and that all adults should take responsibility for all children. There is also instructional training for adults within the municipality to raise the educational level of Kinda.
We want to meet the children with involvement, respect, warmth and appreciation. The activities are comprehensive and challenging and we are trying to meet children where they are in their level of development. Every child is entitled to feel that they are worth their weight in gold.Since we have nature close to us, we are often there. It is included in our activities.

Elementary School
There are primary grade schools 1 to9 in Kinda. For younger children there are schools in several places in the municipality. Grades 7 to 9 are in Kisa.

HighSchool
At Allhamra High school, we have a modern education for both youth and adults. Here, we combine High School and Adult education where the open environment offers a chance to exchange experiences.Allhamra is a small school with a high student-staff ratio. Here, everyone has a chance to to be seen and dialogue is key.There are four programs at Allhamra and our Industrial Program has four different directions.
