Prof. Peter Higgins (Section Leader)
Dr Peter Higgins is Head of Outdoor and Environmental Education at Moray House School of Education at theUniversity of Edinburgh. The focus of the work of the section is twofold. First to prepare critically aware professionals to teach within and improve practice within the sector, and second to make a significant contribution to research and knowledge in a field which has received little rigorous critical scrutiny.
